Scheduling Process:

  • Pop up event appointment bookings: To secure a spot for permanent jewelry at our weekly pop-up event, you can book a time slot for yourself and a guest. If your party is larger, please book consecutive slots accordingly to accommodate everyone.

  • Jewelry Repair Services: For repairs or revamping old jewelry into permanent pieces, a fee of $20 will apply. Please select this option if needed.

Before booking your spot, kindly note these important details:

  • Our waiver will be sent to you via email. Please fill it out prior to your appointment.

  • Certain booking types will have 2 waivers, please fill them out accordingly.

Scheduling Policies

Pre-appointment details

It is recommended to arrive at your scheduled appointment time. The process typically takes around 10-15 minutes per person. Please pre-sign any waivers that are sent to you! Thank you!

Cancellation policies

We currently have no cancellation policy for pop-up event appointments, however we do require a cancellation fee for private event bookings if they are cancelled less than 1 week prior.

Payment policies

We do not have any payment policies for pop-up event appointments, however we do require a deposit of 200$ for private event bookings of groups larger than 10 and a 50$ booking fee for home appointments booked within 48hrs of the appointment time.
